**Responsibilities**:
Acts as a functional expert by providing sound labour law advice to clients.
Handle activities relating to litigation, negotiations, CCMA & Labour court.
Provide relevant and advanced internal and external legal training
Draft legal correspondence, pleadings, opinions and contracts for clients utilising sound legal principles.
Attend internal and external meetings and provide legal input where required.
Build and maintain strong internal and external relationships with clients & stakeholders.

**Qualifications**:
LLB
Labour Law training or courses related to labour Law
**Experience**:
6 years’ experience in a similar role
Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Specialised knowledge in Labour law for which appointment is made and sound general legal knowledge.
Excellent understanding and knowledge of applicable legislation, regulations, law in general and corporate governance
