Senior IT Sales Account Manager

Our reputable IT Solutions client is seeking two Senior IT Sales Account Managers to join their team at their JHB & DBN branches.
**Requirements**:
- Essential Matric or Grade 12
- Own vehicle + drivers’ licence
- 8+ Years’ experience as a Senior IT Sales Account Manager, selling & marketing in the IT Solutions sales environment
- 8+ Years’ experience dealing directly with Government & end-user clients, selling a range of IT products, solutions & services
- 8+ Years’ experience selling IT Digital Solutions, IT Applications, Data, Artificial Intelligence, Content Services, Identity Access Management, Smart process Automation & Solution Connectivity
- 8+ Years’ experience meeting a minimum of R5 Mill & GP targets continuously (Not negotiable)
- 8+ Years’ experience selling Software Solutions (multi-vendor Solutions)
8+ Years’ experience with closing deals, negotiating sales, motivating for Sales, prospecting for sales, sales planning, selling to customer requirements, meeting sales goals
- 8+ Years’ experience matching product functionality & clients’ business environment & requirements
- 8+ Years’ experience with end-to-end management of a sales channel, including experience in IT account management, selling and product strategizing
**Responsibilities**:
- Sell the company Value Proposition offerings into the region to assigned clients
- Sell the company Value Proposition offerings into new earmarked clients
- Identify opportunities by researching industry and related events, publications, and announcements, marrying up solutions offerings with business problems.
- Locate or propose potential business deals by contacting potential clients, discovering, and exploring opportunities.
- Screen potential business deals by analysing market strategies, deal requirements, potential, and financials; Full understanding of the sales cycle required.
- Close new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts.
- Protects organization's value by keeping information confidential.
- Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations.
- Enhance organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
- Direct and manage ongoing customer relationships to ensure total customer satisfaction with the company, and further develop business based on opportunities identified at the customer site.
- Target Mid-Market opportunities and look for new business opportunities.
- Manage and co-ordinate all relevant sales opportunities with the company CRM, updating and tracking all sales data accurately.
**Salary**:
R80 000 - R90 000 per Month (CTC), incl. medical aid, retirement fund, depending on experience.
