Sales Administrator

We are expanding our Company and we are looking for a vibrant and energetic sales administrator to join our team, to give our customers excellent service.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Friendly Receive and assist walk-in customers
- Handle incoming sales calls and re-direct when necessary
- Identify prospects and set up appointments for Sales Representatives
- Direct support to Sales Specialists
- Prepare and submit quotations
- Follow up on quotations submitted
- Process customer orders
- Establish and maintain excellent customer relationships
- Maintain customer details on CRM on an ongoing basis
- Filing and general administrative work
- Invoicing on Sage Ensure that statements are sent out daily
- Coordinate fitment dates with customers
- Installation team Coordinator.
Desired Experience & Qualification:
Fully bilingual in Afrikaans and English
- Matric
- Driver's license and own vehicle
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role
- Experience with customer service
- Have a good understanding of and experience in quoting, invoicing and stock control
Excellent computer skills and good Excel skills
- Strong communication skills
- Extremely organised, accurate and able to handle pressure
- Technical background and experience
- Ability to learn online quoting software
Working in in the Aluminium industry and technical drawing experience is an advantage
**Salary**: R7,000.00 - R10,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Alberton, Gauteng: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
