Duties/Pligte
- Co-ordinating and administrating all the short course programmes;
- Registering and administering short courses on the Short Course Division platform;
- Processing and managing all the financial aspects, including reports;
- Marketing of registered short courses;
- Development and maintenance of a dedicated website.

Job Requirements/Pos Vereistes
- A relevant bachelor's degree or equivalent;
- A minimum of five years' working experience in office/project administration or project management;
- Strong financial administrative skills relating to income and expenditure;
- Computer literacy and complete proficiency in MS Word and MS Excel;
- Good verbal and written communication skills;
- Excellent client service to internal and external stakeholders;
- Strong and adaptable interpersonal skills;
- Good planning, organisational and negotiational skills;
- Ability to work accurately under pressure and meet deadlines;
- Excellent organisational skills and time management skills;
- The ability to act in a diplomatic way towards people at different levels in and outside of the University;
- A valid driver's licence.
