- Frontline reception duties

- Coordination of monthly and weekly ordering to suppliers

**Admin Support**
- Responsible for ensuring all compliance documents are updated and in place.
- Secretarial functions related to AGM, board meetings and ad hoc meetings.
- Coordinate all arrangements for in-house trainings.
- Maintain the filing system
- Administrative support for special events.
- Collection of donations.
**Education / Experience / Licenses**
- Must have a Grade 12 certificate. An administration qualification will be advantageous
- At least two years of experience in administration.
- Driver’s license and own transport
- Must speak fluent English
