Junior Receptionist/administrator

**Job Duties/Responsibilities will include**:
Data capturing - updating a database daily
Managing the phone system.
Front office general administration and visitor management.
Meeting room management.
Assist in the organization of events/activities
Administration assistance to Finance and Production team.
Assist directors in any administrative requirements
Coordination of all deliveries and outgoing parcels along with the management of all courier services.
Office management (ordering stationery, water, office supplies, general maintenance and functioning of the office).
Manage the office cleaner
Minimum Qualification - Grade 12
Minimum 3 years experience in a corporate environment
Minimum 2 years of office administration experience
General accounting, business and/or logistics administration experience would be advantageous.
Good IT skills - proficient in MS Outlook, MS Word, and MS Excel
Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
Able to prioritize and work well under pressure
Meticulous
Excellent self-management skills and works well under limited direct supervision.
Good interpersonal skills to deal with various personalities within the company.
