Mission
Responsible for providing support in the various human resource functions, which include
recruitment, payroll, employment contracts, health and safety, administration, employment
equity, disciplinary and reporting, not limited to.
Main responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Keep accurate and complete labour information.
- Assist in overseeing entire administration of employee's life cycle
- Manage HR filing and other employee records.
Assist in establishing EE/Skills development committee and compilation of EE
- Maintain up-to-date information on people movement
- Submission of weekly and monthly reports; timeous submission of payroll inputs.
- Assisting with Recruitment.
- Disciplinary hearings: Observation of proceedings, formulating of charges, ensuring
consistency
- Any other assigned responsibilities related to the above
- Always present a professional and favourable image of the company.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
- Grade 12
- Diploma in HR Management
- Possess a minimum of 2 years’ experience.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- The ability to work well with others
- Active listening skills
- Organizational skills and detail-oriented mentality
- Strong communication and customers service skills
- Interpersonal skills
- Thorough attention to detail
- Familiarity with applicant tracking database systems
- Knowledge of human resources and employment law
**Experience**:
- Administrative office procedures, practices and equipment: 1 year (preferred)
