**About Us**:
We are in search of a seasoned Segmental Director with strong operational catering management experience the the Healthcare sector. As the Segmental Director - Healthcare sector, you will be responsible for leading the development and execution of the Tsebo Catering and Healthcare segment strategy with a view to creating shareholder value as well as align the team with the Tsebo Catering’s vision and mission & statements. The day-to-day management decisions and implementing the Healthcare Segment’s long and short-term business plans will also form part of your outcomes.
The contracts assigned to the Segmental Director - Healthcare will be mainly limited to our clients across South Africa within the Healthcare sector. As the Segment Director you will direct and coordinate the core activities of the Healthcare Segment in support of the Managing Director. Core to this environment is to create and develop a culture to mirror the client expectation of outcome-based Catering to improve product and staff productivity to enhance and ensure customer satisfaction.

**Duties & Responsibilities**: - Ensure the Healthcare segment in tsebo Catering is appropriately organized and staffed in accordance with the Tsebo Catering and Healthcare segmental strategy - Oversee the fiscal activities of the Healthcare segment in Tsebo Catering including budgeting, reporting and audit - Ensure the Healthcare segment in tsebo Catering maintains high standards of corporate citizenship and social responsibility wherever it does business. - Communicate effectively with stakeholders, employees, Government authorities, and the public. maintains high standards of corporate citizenship and social responsibility wherever it does business. - Assumes responsibility for growing the Healthcare Segment business as well as customer retention - Engage in sales, new business development and key account activities - Management of food standards and operations within the Healthcare segment in partnership with the Culinary team - Ensures the business complies with all legal and regulatory laws and regulations. - Creates a work environment that recruits, retains and supports quality staff - Support Tsebo Solutions Group efforts and initiatives towards achievement and maintaining BEE level 1 - Ensure the business delivers to customer promise in accordance with Company's service standards
