Die Fakulteit Ekonomiese en Bestuurswetenskappe is op soek na 'n persoon vir wie innoverende onderrig en leer 'n passie is. Die pligte sluit die volgende in:

- Die verskaffing van pedagogiese advies, leiding, aanmoediging en ondersteunng vir modulehernuwing wat spesifiek gerig is op gemengde en hibriede leer as pedagogiese benaderings;
- Die verskaffing van steun-by-aanvraag aan akademiese en administratiewe personeel met die implementering of werking van SUNLearn en enige ander intervensies op die gebied van leertegnologie (wat byvoorbeeld aanlyn assessering en pedagogiese en tegniese advies rakende leertegnologieë insluit);
- Die bemagtiging van fakulteitslede in die gebruik van SUNLearn en ander leertegnologieë in onderrig, leer en navorsing. Dit sluit personeelontwikkeling deur die fasilitering van reflektiewe gesprekke in, die skep van tutoriale, verskaffing van opleidingsessies en deelname aan fakulteitsonderrig
- en leeraktiwiteite;
- Administreer, bestuur en implementeer leer
- en onderrigprojekte wat ekstern befonds word;
- Bestuur en ondersteun die Fakulteit se onderrig
- en leeraktiwiteite as deel van die Onderrig
- en Leerhub;
- Koördineer onderrig
- en leerprojekte en ondersteun die Fakulteit se akademiese aanbod (bv. paying it forward; akademiese mentorskapprojekte; onderrig
- en leeraanbiedings);
- Verskaf administratiewe, inligtings
- en kommunikasie-ondersteuning aan onderrig
- en leerkomitees, projekte en planne van die Fakulteit (bv. taalimplementeringsplanne; projekverslae; werwings
- en keuringskomitee);
- Administreer en koördineer die jaarlikse bywerk van die Fakulteit se jaarboek;
- Dra akademiese programinsette by tot die fakulteitsrooster.

The Faculty of Economic and Management Sciences is looking for someone that is passionate about innovative teaching and learning. The duties include:

- Providing pedagogical advice, guidance, encouragement and support for module renewal with a specific focus on blended and hybrid learning as pedagogical approaches;
- Providing on-demand support to academic and administrative staff with the implementation or operation of SUNLearn and other learning technology interventions (including for example online assessment and pedagogical and technical advice on learning technologies);
- Empowering faculty members in the use of SUNLearn and other learning technologies in teaching, learning and research. This includes staff development through the facilitation of reflective conversations, creating tutorials, providing training sessions and taking part in faculty teaching and learning activities;
- Administrating, managing and executing externally funded Learning and Teaching projects;
- Managing and supporting Faculty teaching and learning activities as part of the Teaching and Learning Hub;
- Coordinating teaching and learning projects and supporting the Faculty's academic offering (e.g. paying it forward, academic mentorship projects, teaching and learning presentations);
- Providing administrative, information and communication support to teaching and learning committees, projects and plans of the Faculty (e.g. language implementation plans; project reports; recruitment and selection committee);
- Administrating and coordinating the annual update of the Faculty calendar;
- Give academic programme inputs into the timetable of the Faculty.

Job Requirements/Pos Vereistes
- Minstens 'n diploma;
- Toepaslike opleiding en/of ervaring van leer-ontwerp en die integrasie van leertegnologieë
- Minstens twee jaar ervaring van leer-ontwerp en die integrasie van leertegnologieë by 'n tersiêre onderwysinstelling of in samewerking met hoëronderwysinstellings;
- Ervaring in die gebruik en ondersteuning van leertegnologieë;
- Praktiese ervaring van beplanning, implementering en monitering van onderrig
- en leerprojekte;
- 'n Pedagogiese begrip van module
- en kurrikulumontwerp;
- 'n Hoë vlak van rekenaar
- en digitale geletterdheid (bv. MS Office en webgebaseerde sagteware), asook spesifieke vaardighede in aanlyn werk (Microsoft Teams of 'n soortgelyke aanlyn platform);
- Ervaring en uitstekende vaardighede in leer
- bestuurstelsels (Moodle, BlackBoard of enige ander LBS);
- Bewese aanbiedingsvaardighede en mondelinge en skriftelike kommunikasievaardighede in Engels en die vermoë om in 'n meertalige omgewing te funksioneer;
- Uitstekende interpersoonlike vaardighede en die vermoë om verhoudings met personeel te bou;
- Uitstekende organisatoriese, beplannings-, probleemoplossings
- en administratiewe vaardighede;
- Bewese vermoë om in 'n span te werk (as lid of leier);
- Bewese vermoë om take onder groot druk en met presisie en aandag aan detail te voltooi.
