Duties/Pligte
- Developing and maintaining training and awareness plans per stakeholder group;
- Identifying, developing (or procuring), and maintaining training and awareness initiatives per stakeholder group;
- Executing awareness initiatives;
- Providing project administrative support for the execution of training initiatives;
- Monitoring and assessing the success of implemented initiatives;
- Coordinating translations of training and awareness materials;
- Collaborating and coordinating efforts with other institutional learning and development functions, such as those found in Human Resources, Student Affairs, and Research Development;
- Preparing and managing privacy and information security training-related internal reports;
- Supporting and/or shadowing the privacy team during the execution of their tasks to identify further training and awareness opportunities.

- Koördineer pogings van samewerking met ander institusionele afdelings met funksies van opleiding en ontwikkeling, soos die wat gevind word in Menslike Hulpbronne, Studentesake en Navorsingsontwikkeling;
- Ontwikkeling en bestuur van interne privaatheid en inligtingsekuriteit opleidingsverwante verslae;
- Ondersteuning en / of verleen bystand aan die privaatheidspan tydens die uitvoering van hul take om verdere geleenthede vir opleiding en bewusmaking te identifiseer.

Job Requirements/Pos Vereistes
- A relevant tertiary qualification of at least NQF level 6, and two years' work experience in organisational change management, training, and/or learning and development, **_OR_** five years' relevant work experience in organisational change management, training, and/or learning and development;
- Demonstrable knowledge of effective organisational learning and development practices;
- Demonstrable familiarity with e-learning, blended-, and/or hybrid-learning platforms and practices;
- Excellent communication and writing skills;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

- Demonstrable experience in privacy, access to information, and cyber security;
- Demonstrable experience in developing training and awareness content;
- Demonstrable presentation and/or workshop facilitation experience;
- Demonstrable research experience;
- Demonstrable ethics experience, in particular business ethics and research ethics;
- Demonstrable project management experience;
- Demonstrable South African Higher Education sector experience;
- Proficiency in both Afrikaans and English.
