Client Services Coordinator

**Main job function**
The Client services Co-ordinator is responsible for performing telecommunication, administrative and basic clerical tasks within an office setting environment, to operate our Group’s National Tollfree line of communication.
The **duties** include answering and transferring phone calls to various Branches applicable, ensuring queries are directed and or replied to accordingly, sorting and delivering of messages to various Branch and Regional Managers and or Head Office employees and or Management.
Further office related duties that the position offer include greeting of clients, sending, and receiving office correspondence, setting up of appointments, assisting with the bookings of the Training related venues and or Boardrooms for the Branch and or Head Office. Ensuring boardrooms, training venue are 100% up to ICT equipped standard and managed.
**Requirements and skills**:
- Own reliable transport and valid driver’s licence.
- Excellent, sharp, and strong witted personality
- Flexible on work/site location within the applicable dedicated region.
- Matric Certificate and related Tertiary education will be an advantage.
- Computer literacy essential. Outlook, Word, and Excel experience will be an advantage.
- Both English and Afrikaans literate essential.
- Friendly, helpful, and service orientated attitude.
- Full Customer Service and Customer Relationship responsibility.
- The ability to work under pressure and to meet deadlines.
- Must have high attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
Good mathematical skills.
