Job Purpose:
Responsibilities include but not limited to:

- Scheduling interview coordination - work with the EMEA recruiting team to schedule interviews with the hiring manager and any others as needed.
- Process background checks and ensure compliance.
- Create offer letters and contracts.
- Hire and onboard new hires into the organization using our HR system, Workday.
- Conduct new hire inductions.
- Ensure all processes for recruiting operations are standard to maintain consistency.
- Save all recruiting documentation in our system of record.
- Ensure all transactions are processed accurately, on time and are compliant.

**Requirements**:

- Associate degree required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Demonstrated proficiency with MS Outlook, MS Word, Excel, Visio, Workday, or an ATS
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in an HR administrative role
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to multitask in a high volume, fast paced environment
