Job Description and Key responsibilities

  • Managing the relationship with the client to high standards
  • Interface with client and coordinators
  • Identifies client requirements
  • Determines availability and promotes company services
  • Mediates process, resolves issues
  • Executes within the service level agreement
  • Play major role in providing client consultation
  • Knowledge and awareness of client's organization and structure
  • Staying aware of client news and changes
  • Maintenance of client records and updating of changes
  • Communicates, monitors, and assures accurate billing procedures
  • Establishes and promotes goodwill with customer
  • Reviews client history and contacts customer as follow up activity
  • Ensuring that all jobs are processed, actioned, and delivered on time according to orders placed by clients (daily coordination to ensure client requests are catered to)
  • ALL pictures for all accounts loaded and up to date
  • Checking on traffic on your accounts and ensuring that there are no jobs outstanding
  • Responses to clients within 48 hours
  • Ensuring all client queries have been addressed and resolved
  • Checking that all data for your clients are up to date. Managing the data capture responsibilities
  • Checking with OPS on any client goods receipts outstanding
  • Creating FR's and communicating with the relevant teams
  • Preparation of and for client review meetings
  • Making positive contact with clients weekly
  • Courtesy calls to all clients on a fortnightly basis
  • Compliance with all direct instructions from managers and directors
  • Weekly client report back with managers, directors and clients as required
  • Weekly implementation reports to clients for current campaigns
  • Ensuring that campaigns are loaded correctly into the POP system for effective reporting
  • Communication of special invoicing requests from clients
  • Recommending items for destruction as part of the ongoing client management monthly updates and as per client's request
  • Submission of the monthly reports for the compilation of executive summaries
  • Any task that management might require you to complete as part of the ongoing operation of the business

Salary:
R15, R17,000.00 per month
