Key Responsibilities:
Scheduling and Dispatching:
Coordinate the scheduling of UPS Technician and delivery services.

Assign routes and tasks to UPS Technicians based on workload, customer requests, and service requirements.

Ensure timely dispatch of UPS Technicians according to service schedules.

Monitoring and Tracking:
Identify any potential delays or disruptions in service and take proactive measures to address them.

Maintain real-time communication with UPS Technicians to track their locations and provide support as needed.

Customer Service:
Serve as the primary point of contact for UPS customers regarding service inquiries, complaints, and requests.

Address customer concerns promptly and professionally, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

Provide information to customers regarding parts shipment status, delivery estimates, and service options.

Documentation and Reporting:
Maintain accurate records of UPS service activities and customer interactions.

Generate reports on service performance, service quality, and customer feedback.

Analyse data to identify trends, areas for improvement, and opportunities to enhance service efficiency and effectiveness.

Coordination and Collaboration:
Collaborate with other departments within UPS department

Participate in meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews as required.

Qualifications:
Proven experience in logistics coordination, dispatching, or customer service, preferably within the UPS industry.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact professionally with customers and team members.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.

Knowledge of UPS services, policies, Batteries, Data Centre Cooling experience and Troubleshooting is desirable.

Ability to Manage/Coordinate 5x Technicians

Ability to write Technical reports

Flexibility to work non-standard hours and weekends as needed.

The UPS Service Coordinator plays a vital role in ensuring the efficient and reliable operation of UPS services, contributing to the overall success of the organization and the satisfaction of its customers.
