Responsible for managing the product strategy, roadmap, and lifecycle of the company's product portfolio within a specific division of the organization. This role involves defining and executing the business plan, both short-term and long-term growth strategies, and positioning the company's products effectively in the market. The Executive will lead the entire product lifecycle, from conceptualization through all stages of development and maturity.

**Requirements**:

- IT, Commercial or relevant Bachelors degree with post graduate qualification
- More than 10 years in IT Retail environment
- 5 must be at Senior Management level
- Proven experience in product management, including strategy development and product lifecycle management.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to create and execute strategic plans.
- Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to collaborate effectively across departments.
- Analytical and data-driven decision-making.
- A deep understanding of the client specific industry and market dynamics

**Role (extract only)**
- ** **Collaborate with service delivery to improve existing annuity services efficiency with the objective of improving gross margin.
- Overall accountability for the financial performance of the GTM as measured through revenue, gross profit, and operating income.
- Recommend and lead efforts to create demand for solutions that drive sales and ensure financial viability for deployment, including the preparation and review of cost estimates
- Lead a team of practice managers and ensure that performance goals are consistently reviewed and met.
- Lead and oversee the strategic and operational aspects of practice offers, ensuring the achievement of both short-term and long-term objectives while promoting continuous integration and continuous delivery.
- Identify the key drivers of performance, establish ambitious targets, and hold team members accountable for delivering results.
