This challenging role will require your administration expertise to drive and implement solutions and controls relating to third party transporters. This role will report into the **National Commercial Manager** and will be based at the **Isando DC**, Johannesburg.

**Line Manager: National Commercial Manager**

**Job Specification**:
**Key Performance Areas**:

- Accurate rate cards published monthly
- Reconciling supplier invoices with internal TPC control and authorizing payments to supplier
- Processing of Purchase orders, journals, sundry invoicing and sorting out all queries related to processing and relevant documents
- Ensure claims are processed and deductions made accordingly
- Accurate inbound/outbound volume are supplied to the respective regions
- Weekly and monthly reporting of Expenses vs forecast or budget
- Generating monthly reports and presentations per supplier.
- Handle daily queries which may arise ensure completion within acceptable timeframe
- Ensure concise pallet control related to 3PL deliveries
- Ensure POD’s and associated paperwork are handled with accuracy within agreed timeframe
- Compile annual expense outsourced transport budgets in conjunction with National Commercial manager
- Assist the department whenever required i.e., filling in when someone is on leave or when the department is under pressure.

**Minimum Requirements**:
**Experience**:

- Three years working experience in a similar role
- Experience in customer services, query resolution
- Experience working with various transporters

**Qualifications**:

- Completed Grade 12
- Completed Logistics / Supply Chain / Warehousing qualification.

**Additional Requirements**:

- Advanced MS Excel
- SAP
- Basic accounting knowledge
