**Main purpose of the role**

Administrator.

**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Filing - ensuring all monthly filing is up to date and in order
- Electronic filing - scanning of employee documents
- Creating new employee files - manual and electronic
- Retrieving employee files and assisting with audits
- Liaising with Metrofile - sending and retrieving employee files.
- Ordering stationery for the department - payslips and general office stationery
- Assist department with payslip distribution
- NBC Leave submissions to NBC
- ESS mailbox - queries and support
- Leave queries
- Payment confirmations - NBC sick and annual leave
- Leave pay queries - deductions
- General support to leave function
- Investigate cancelled leave
