**Key Responsibilities**:
**Issue Resolution**: Address and resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and professionally. Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department or management as needed.
**Product Knowledge**: Maintain a thorough understanding of our automotive products, services, and promotions to provide accurate information and recommendations to customers.
**Order Processing**: Assist with the processing of orders, including checking product availability, confirming details, and tracking shipments.
**Customer Records**: Update and maintain customer records in our database, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
**Feedback Collection**: Gather customer feedback and suggestions to help improve our products and services.
**Team Collaboration**: Work closely with other departments, including sales, service, and parts, to address customer needs and ensure a seamless experience.
**Compliance**: Adhere to company policies, procedures, and industry regulations in all customer interactions.

**Qualifications**:
**Experience**: Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in the automotive industry, is a must.
If you are from the trucking industry it will be a Plus
**Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to convey information clearly and professionally.
**Problem-Solving**: Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to handle challenging situations with a positive attitude.
**Technical Aptitude**: Familiarity with automotive terminology and products is a plus. Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new systems and technologies.
**Organizational Skills**: Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
**Customer Focus**: Demonstrated commitment to providing exceptional customer service and building rapport with customers.
**Education**: High school diploma or equivalent required. Additional certifications or training in customer service or automotive fields is a plus.
