The role is office based in Stellenbosch however, this client provides flexibility based on individual circumstances. Working hours are flexible between 7:00 and 18:00.

Starting date 4 January 2023 or as soon as possible after that.

**Duties will include**:

- Answering and routing of calls.
- Receiving clients.
- Making coffee and tea for clients.
- Ordering stationery.
- Buying coffee/tea/milk etc, as required.
- Unpacking dishwasher.
- Keeping the kitchen clean between formal cleanings by an outsourced team.
- Performing administrative tasks for senior staff.
- Processing of data.
- Scanning of documents.
- Phoning clients for data as required.
- Other finance processing tasks.

**Minimum Qualifications/Experience**:
