- Relevant BCom degree is essential.

**Responsibilities**:
- Opening of contracts on system.
- Compiling and submitting of physical contracts (sales and purchase contracts).
- Distributing of contacts to suppliers and clients.
- Collecting of unsigned contracts.
- Managing the monthly NEDBANK audit by collecting and saving Proof of deliveries (POD’s), invoices and signed contracts.
- 6 month reconciliations.
