The Coordinator, Regional Events (EMEA) will support the planning, delivery, and success of EO events and meetings in the Europe and MEPA regions. The Coordinator will enforce standards, processes, tools, resources, and training to standardize the planning and execution of regional events and meetings.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Supports the overall success and execution of Regional Events, Presidents Meetings, Regional Leadership Academies, and other regional-based meetings.
- Coordinate all meeting set-up, F&B, A/V, and room block details with contracted hotels for meetings, off-site social events, and all transportation for any off-property function during the event.
- Contribute to management event budgets and provide direction and guidance to staff and members involved in the execution of the meeting.
- Manage all tasks related to event registrations, including timely reporting or registrations to event stakeholders.
- Function on-site as Registration Lead, F&B Lead, A/V Lead, Transportation Lead, and Off-Sites Lead as needed.
- Coordinate the Regional Event calendar to ensure events do not overlap or conflict so that we can offer appropriate staffing.
- Manages internal marketing of events including updates to a public site, the inclusion of event info in newsletters, sharing with staff, participation in functional calls, and promotion at other regional events.
- Develops post-event report to include evaluations, lessons learned, and organizational impact. Retain important event documents and reassess training and resources to ensure learnings are implemented.
- Ensures events are following best practices and minimum standards as outlined by Regional Events Managers.
- Support Regional Event Manager as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS, AND KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum 2 years of event-related program development and execution experience
- Experience working in international/global organization
- Contract’s compliance and budget management experience
- Survey creation, data compilation, and analysis
- Ability to collaborate with multiple departments across an organization.
- Exceptional communications skills, both written and oral, with all stakeholders including members, staff, vendors, contractors, and others.
- Excellent customer service and attention to detail.
- Ability to interact with entrepreneurs with tact diplomacy and poise.
- Well-developed analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Preferred:

- Certified Meeting Planner (CMP) designation
- Project Management Training
