About the job
KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY:
Talent Management:

- Lead annual Talent cycle
- Compile and empower HRBPs on Talent Reviews, Succession for critical roles, Succession development and retention strategies.
- Develop and report on Talent SLA metrics

Talent Acquisition and Development:

- Drive the right Employer Branding plan
- Design, execute and monitor talent acquisitions plan
- Develop talents, assess fairly, foster a culture of development
- Leverage data insights to tackle business workforce challenges
- Source Talent Level 7 plus internally and externally
- Develop competency assessment libraries and assessment tools
- Develop and report on recruitment SLA metrics
- Pipelining of talent for key positions

HR Analytics, Processes and tools
- Design, use and develop user centric processes according to policies
- Design, implement and monitor relevant KPIs
- Analyse Talent and Learning data and provide HR insights
- Leverage collaborative ways of working to provide effective support on projects
- Continuously improve talent sourcing, systems and processes.

Engagement and Culture
- Lead annual Danone People Survey cycle and lead conversations on outcome and partner with HRBPs to drive actions for change
- Monitor progress and regularly update business on culture dynamics
- Compile and implement Inclusive Diversity Plan
- Link in/ participate with internal global I&D forums
- Lead local Inclusive Diversity committee and implement annual initiatives
- Develop and report on I&D SLA metrics

Team Leadership
- Identify and coach others on most effective ways to build relationships
- Unlock performance and manage talent
- Determine team capability requirements and deploy actions
- Onboard newcomers
- Create a Talent team that is energizes, enabled and engaged
- Create a climate of continuous learning and development

Learning and Competency Development
- Build Implement and monitor competency frameworks to determine talent and learning priorities
- Collect, analyze, deliver, and monitor individual and collective learning needs
- Engage business on annual learning plan
- Deliver effective learning solutions in line with global and local needs
- Build and implement robust learning policies and guidelines/ KPIs

Create leadership learning sessions

About you
Qualification(s):

- HR Degree

**Experience**:

- A minimum of 6 years’ experience within Talent and Learning.
