The role integrates Human Capital work to develop the standards and methods for the consistent delivery of a memorable and effective talent and learning development experience across the Broader Africa subsidiaries.
Are you someone who:
- Is curious about the business and can see the extraordinary opportunity of how our people capability contributes to business success.
- Has deep experience as well as domain expertise in talent management, learning, coaching, mentoring and development.
- Brings experience in facilitating talent reviews and succession planning at executive and board level.
- Shapes talent, learning and development strategy across the Broader Africa portfolio to deliver solutions/programmes with speed, cultural savvy and simplification to the subsidiaries.
- Anticipates the future, spot trends and constantly reviews our internal capabilities versus external evolution and leading practices in the talent development and learning domains.
- Possesses the leadership gravitas to be an independent voice on talent and learning standards, analytics, tools, and solution design across the subsidiaries.
- Provides perspective and people insights on a pan-geographic and pan-functional level.
- Acts as an integrator in the deployment and execution of global talent and learning standards across all subsidiaries.
- Applies data and analytics to facilitate better decision-making, in order to improve talent and development outcomes.
- Is able to connect to the global centre to explore and become more knowledgeable about trends and solutions, as well as helping to define the future.
- Provides leadership to the community of talent and learning professionals in the Broader Africa portfolio and subsidiaries.
- Has a passion to liberate the potential in people through concierge-style development support to high potential talent.
- Minimum Qualification: Bachelor of Commerce Industrial Psychology, Bachelor of Commerce with Honours Industrial Psychology
- Experience: 9-11 years - Experience Architecting
