**What Will You Do?**
Key Responsibility:
- ** Team Leadership and Mentorship**:
- Lead, coach, and mentor a team of sales executives, providing direction and support to achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and set clear expectations for team members.
- Foster a collaborative, inclusive, and high-performance culture within the sales team.
- ** Sales Strategy & Execution**:
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive business growth in the digital transformation space, including services like cloud, AI, data analytics, and IoT solutions.
- Identify, evaluate, and prioritize business opportunities across industries.
- Manage and optimize the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals.
- ** Revenue Growth & Target Achievement**:
- Take full ownership of the sales quota and develop actionable plans to achieve revenue goals.
- Drive growth through new client acquisition, cross-selling, and up-selling to existing customers.
- Monitor and report on key sales metrics, pipeline health, and forecast accuracy
- ** Client Relationship Management**:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including C-suite executives and senior decision-makers in client organizations.
- Understand client needs and challenges to propose tailored digital transformation solutions.
- Ensure long-term partnerships by delivering exceptional customer value and satisfaction.
- ** Market Intelligence & Competitor Analysis**:
- Stay abreast of industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor strategies in digital transformation.
- Use insights to refine sales approaches and strategies to ensure the company remains competitive.
- Identify opportunities for product development and innovation to meet evolving client needs.
- ** Collaboration & Cross-Functional Leadership**:
- Work closely with marketing, product, and delivery teams to ensure alignment between sales strategies and business objectives.
- Participate in the development of go-to-market strategies and campaigns.
- Provide feedback to internal teams based on client interactions to improve service offerings.
**Who Do You Need to Be?**
- Commercial degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience in sales or business development in the Digital Transformation industry, with at least **3 years in a leadership role.**:
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding revenue targets.
- Strong people management and leadership skills with experience mentoring and **developing high-performing sales teams.**:
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence senior decision-makers.
- Deep understanding of digital transformation technologies such as **Cloud, AI, Data Analytics, and Automation**.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and **dynamic environment**, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
