We are looking for Dutch speaking Telephone Salesmen for several clients. Warm leads, cold leads, cross and upsell sales at various business customers.

You have the option to offer various products and services to these business customers. The sport is to especially overcome the first hurdle at the receptionist and from there have a good substantive conversation with the telecom decision maker.

**Duties & Responsibilities**:

- To support the campaign's goals and objectives by initiating the sales process referred to from the leads provided, ensuring that individual targets are achieved/exceeded while also contributing towards overall team performance in a consistent, professional, and ethical manner.

- Using the company’s in-house technology platforms and systems supports the campaign's goals and objectives by initiating and closing the sales process referred to from the leads provided.
- Ensuring duties are performed within the parameters set out within the SLA while adhering to the rules, regulations and policies as set out by the business (may be amended from time to time
- Managing large amounts of outbound calls in a timely manner

**Desired Experience & Qualification**:

- Grade 12 Certificate or equivalent
- Minimum of 1 Year Outbound Telesales experience
- No criminal record
- Above average computer skills
- Ability to Multi
- task
- At least 24 months in B2B sales experience
- Must fluently speak Dutch on a C1/C2 level.

Working Hours are are from 09:00-am 18:00Pm latest 20.00 Pm Monday to Friday. (Will be required to provide coverage on some weekends ), Hybrid work model.
