As we continue to expand our presence, we are seeking dynamic and results-driven B2B Sales Experts to join our team.

Position Overview: 

As a B2B Sales Expert for Solar Panels, you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth through both inbound and outbound channels. You will be responsible for identifying and engaging with prospective B2B clients, understanding their energy needs, and presenting them with tailored solar solutions. Your primary objective will be to generate leads, nurture relationships, and close deals to achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead Generation: Proactively identify and qualify potential B2B clients through outbound prospecting efforts such as cold calling, email campaigns, and networking events.
  2. Consultative Selling: Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand clients' energy requirements, budget constraints, and sustainability goals. Offer customized solar solutions that align with their specific needs and objectives.
  3. Relationship Building: Cultivate strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within target organizations. Serve as a trusted advisor by providing expert guidance and support throughout the sales process.
  4. Pipeline Management: Manage the sales pipeline effectively, from lead generation to deal closure. Keep accurate records of interactions, follow-ups, and sales activities using CRM software.
  5. Sales Presentations: Deliver compelling presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the benefits and features of our solar panel solutions. Address client inquiries and objections in a professional and persuasive manner.
  6. Collaboration: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, engineering, and operations, to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives and delivery of exceptional customer service.
  7. Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory changes affecting the solar energy market. Use insights to adapt sales strategies and identify new business opportunities.

Qualifications:

  • Proven track record of success in B2B sales, preferably in the renewable energy or solar industry.
  • Strong understanding of solar energy systems, including photovoltaic technology, inverters, and battery storage solutions.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts in a clear and concise manner.
  • Demonstrated ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients at all levels of an organization.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a passion for driving business growth and exceeding sales targets.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools for pipeline management and reporting.
