Customer Service Supervisor

**Supervision and leadership**
- Oversee and assess the activities of the customer service staff to ensure highest levels of customer service.
- Provide regular performance-related feedback to agents.
- Strategize and monitor daily customer service operations.
- Assist customer service staff with duties as needed.
- Assign, evaluate and supervise the work of all professional division Customer Service staff.
**Training and development**
- Train staff in areas of customer service and company policies.
- Develop and implement training programs for new hires and ongoing performance improvement and employee growth.
**Customer care.**
- Ensure proficient customer service by managing onboarding of new customers as well as managing existing relationships.
- Investigate and solve customer service complaints promptly.
- Implement service policies and process improvements and explain them to staff and customers for the prompt and effective handling of customer inquiries
**Communication and documentation**
- Maintain documentation related to customer service department activities.
- Communicate promotional offers and updates to customers.
- Collaborate with sales; dispatch; production and debtors departments to address customer concerns and ensure smooth coordination and communication.
**Order management**
- Handle order entry and administration efficiently.
- Monitor and authenticate returns, exchanges, and voids.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: Up to R300 000,00 per year
