**Minimum Requirements**:
Matric/ Grade 12
Currently Living in Centurion or surrounds
Valid Driver's License

Bilingual in Afrikaans and English

Safety related qualifications and training

2 years safety administration experience in the mining industry

2 years experience in building a safety file

**Skills**:
Excellent administrative skills

Sound Legal knowledge in Safety

Fully Computer Literate in Microsoft office and ability to learn any online system quickly

Excellent attention to detail and ability to work accurately

Good time-management skills
Outstanding organizational skills
Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
Excellent people and communication skills
- To ensure compliance with Health, Safety and Environmental Regulations at the company and on customer sites (Mining).
- To support the HSE Manager in all administrative tasks
- Compile, update and maintain safety files
- Correspondence with customers and site visits
- Arrange, conduct and coordinate inductions, training and medical bookings
- Attend Contractor meetings and participate in SHE Committee Meetings
- Monthly safety administration, checklists, policy implementation and reporting
- Staff Communication and coordination of Safe Work Procedures, safety related correspondence and HR correspondence
- Maintaining and updating all relevant SHE documents both electronic and otherwise
- Coordinate and participate in the investigation of incidents, accidents and near misses.
- Perform any other work SHE related duties and responsibilities that may be assigned from time-to
- by management.
- Assist the HR department with weekly/ monthly payroll and attendance reporting
- Assist the HR department with implementation and communication of HR policies and notices as and when required

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: R15 000,00 - R20 000,00 per month
