**Temp Administrator** **- Mining (Office Based)**

**Minimum Requirements**:

- Matric/ Grade 12
- Currently Living in or around Centurion
- Valid Driver's License
- Fully Bilingual in Afrikaans and English
- Minimum 3 years administration experience preferably in Safety

**Job Description**:

- Maintaining and updating all SHE documents on Google drive and Mango.
- Ensure all checklists are completed, scanned in and saved on Mango
- Ensure all incidents/accidents and near misses are reported on Mango.
- Updating of ISO documents (review dates, monthly updating of reports on google drive)
- Filing and scanning of documents.
- Assist with creating toolbox talks
- Conducting safety Inductions
- Planning and coordinating SHE related training
- Ensure that the relevant Safe Work Procedures is communicated to the warehouse employees and that a signed copy is readily available
- Assist with insurance claims
- Report any non-conformances in writing to the SHE Manager.
- Maintain PPE for head office, warehouse and new employees.
- Perform any other work SHE related duties and responsibilities that may be assigned from time-to-time by management.

**Job Type**: Temporary
Contract length: 3 months

**Salary**: From R12 000,00 per month
