**Job Advert Summary**:
**PURPOSE**:

- To ensure that the necessary documentation is set up and information is maintained for the Risk Management department (including but not limited to) risk registers and information management system master data etc.

**Minimum Requirements**:
**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Grade 12/Standard 10 (Essential/Minimum)
- Certificate Risk Management (Recommended/Desirable)
- Certificate in Finance (Recommended/Desirable)

**EXPERIENCE**:
3 years Relevant administration experience in risk management. (Essential/Minimum) Operational

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Psychometric Assessment (Essential/Minimum)
- Certificate of Fitness (Essential/Minimum)

**Duties & Responsibilities**:
**Administration and Documentation**
- Ensure all services are delivered in accordance with policies, systems and procedures that are legally compliant and adhere to sound corporate governance principles
- Assist with the tracking and monitoring of Management frameworks, policies and plans
- Assist with tracking and monitoring of audit findings assigned to the team
- Assist with compilation of risk and business continuity management reports to various committees
- Provide input and support team assistant in scheduling relevant meetings, workshops, reviews and training sessions
- Ensure all minutes of meetings are correctly compiled and timeously distributed
- Maintain all relevant documentation and filing system
- Update and maintain all master data in the electronic enabler (including risk taxonomy, risk registers, roles and responsibilities) at all levels in the Group
- Prepare and maintain information and documentation for Risk Management, Governance and Business Continuity Management (BCM) related reporting and presentation purposes
- Maintain master data Key Performance Indicators (KPI) thresholds in electronic enabler
- Provide support to all information owners
- Provide support to the information capturers for all electronic enablers
- Track and monitor calls logged for all electronic enablers

**Internal Business Processes**
- Ensure monthly reports are compiled correctly and submitted timeously to the relevant members of the relevant risk management forums
- Keep track of all identified outstanding issues and ensure follow up

- Maintain and ensure a healthy environment and safe operations practices ensure compliance with all applicable Safety Health Environmental (SHE) policies and procedures in line with set standards
