**Responsibilities**:
- Personal Assistant/Secretarial function to Financial Director:
- Expense claims recons, checking and prepping for payment
- Petty Cash custodian/administrator
- Leave record maintenance and reconciliation for salaried staff
- Travel, accommodation and car hire bookings
- Stationery stock control and purchasing
- Medical Aid and Pension Fund liaison and administrator
- Preparation of Board Pack data and printing of Board Packs for Directors meetings
- Vehicle fleet card administration and liaison
- Recon of Managing Director monthly credit card statement
- Time and attendance admin and liaison for hours short reporting
- Cleaning personnel manager for the admin block and yard areas
- Office garden maintenance overseer
- Purchasing of specialised cleaning materials, gifts and various other ad hoc purchases
- Tea and coffee stock control and purchasing
- Health and Safety representative for the admin block
- Landlord liaison
- Ad-hoc arranging of temp personnel
- Company stationery and signage stock control and design
- Online banking administration
- Company condolences/congratulations cards and flowers administrator
- Recycling of paper and printer cartridges
- Sanitation and Pest Control co-ordinator
- Stock control and purchasing of restroom and cleaners’ consumables
**Experience required**:
- PowerPoint Presentations (know-how is vital)
- Computer literate
- Secretarial certificate/Courses preferable
- 3-7 years experience required
- Matric is a minimum requirement
- Own transport is essential
