**PA | Administrator Position**

Sagen Advisory Specialized Recruitment Company is looking for a sharp, initiative, dynamic, well-organized, punctual, articulate, and administratively strong person to fulfill a PA/Administration role based in Stellenbosch.

This is an ideal job for someone who is fresh in the workforce and would benefit by gaining work experience and up-skill training for the position. However, it is also a suitable role for someone with administration experience who is looking for something new.

The position is fixed term for 6 months, whereafter permanent employment will be considered based on the quality of work and work performance. Ideal for anyone who is open to new environments and who is willing to learn and develop themselves with new opportunities.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Answering and routing of calls.
- Organise and schedule meetings and appointments
- Assisting in the preparation of CIPC registrations - Training will be provided
- Receiving clients.
- Coordinate all daily administrative activities.
- Performing administrative tasks for senior staff.
- Processing of data.
- Scanning of documents.
- Phoning clients for data as required.
- Uphold ethics and values and act with integrity.
- Other finance processing tasks.

**Qualifications and experience**:

- High school diploma or equivalent education required.
- Organizing and maintaining records, files, and databases
- Computer skills.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Microsoft Office is efficient.
- Fluent in both English and Afrikaans.
- Strong administration skills.
- Prior work experience in an office environment would be an advantage.
- Punctual and professional.
- Experience and knowledge of how to work on CIPC will be advantageous but not required.
- Must be willing to learn and a team player.

**Remuneration**:
R8 000 - R12 000 depending on experience.
