What We're Looking For:

• Ability to work independently, define key metrics, and build a data-first culture.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in business, Analytics, Data Science, or a related field. Degree or certifications in analytics is essential.
• 3-7 years experience in a similar or equivalent role.
