We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to join our team at ALOS Innovative Workforce Solution (Pty) Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading our B2B sales team and driving revenue growth by acquiring new business clients.

B2B Sales Strategy

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive B2B sales strategy aligned with our company goals.
  • Identify and target potential business clients in need of digital marketing services.
  • Generate leads through various marketing channels, including networking, cold calls, industry events, and inbound marketing.

Client Engagement

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business objectives and marketing needs.
  • Conduct sales presentations and pitch tailored digital marketing solutions to close high-value deals.

Team Performance

  • Lead and manage a team of B2B sales representatives, providing guidance and support to achieve individual and team sales goals.
  • Monitor team performance and conduct regular sales meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  • 5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in a digital marketing or advertising agency.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing services and trends.
  • Experience using CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Leadership skills with experience managing and motivating a sales team.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.

Essential Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Sales Manager in a marketing, advertising, or digital agency.
  • Strong understanding of B2B and B2C marketing strategies, including digital marketing, branding, and social media.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Goal-oriented with a strong desire to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
  • Ability to work independently and thrive in a performance-driven environment.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously.
