We are seeking an accomplished Sales Manager to lead our B2B sales team at ALOS Innovative Workforce Solution (Pty) Ltd. As a key member of our digital marketing agency, you will drive revenue growth by acquiring new business clients and managing existing relationships.

Digital Marketing Services

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of digital marketing services, including SEO, PPC, social media, content marketing, and more. You will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive B2B sales strategy aligned with our company goals.

Sales Strategy & Execution

  • Develop and implement a sales strategy that identifies and targets potential business clients in need of digital marketing services.
  • Generate leads through various marketing channels, including networking, cold calls, industry events, and inbound marketing.

Client Relationships

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business objectives and marketing needs.
  • Conduct sales presentations and pitch tailored digital marketing solutions to close high-value deals.

Team Leadership

  • Lead and manage a team of B2B sales representatives, providing guidance and support to achieve individual and team sales goals.
  • Monitor team performance and conduct regular sales meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  • 5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in a digital marketing or advertising agency.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing services and trends.
  • Experience using CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Leadership skills with experience managing and motivating a sales team.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
