The Role
You will be responsible for:
- Developing and executing a results-driven, multi-platform communications strategy and plan in line with corporate and brand direction while reflecting local priorities.
- Creating and managing all marketing material and collateral in line with brand direction.
- Implementing online marketing activities including Social Media, SEO / SEM, demand generation, leads generation, etc.
- Tracking effectiveness of various campaigns and course correcting as required.
- Managing communications spend and working with vendors and agencies, to create and/or localise communications and marketing activities and develop supporting assets.
- Leading the planning and implementation of PR and initiatives related to the brand.
- Developing and implementing comprehensive digital marketing programs in line with brand plans and business priorities.
- Working with content marketing and design teams to create suitable content for each stage of a customer's digital journey.
- Reviewing and optimising the design and content of all online assets including the company website and social media pages.
- Planning and control of the digital marketing budget and spend by allocating budgets to different channels.
- Using A/B testing to optimise digital marketing performance.
- Analysing the results and effectiveness of campaigns to deliver actionable insights and recommendations and generating monthly reports on the digital marketing portfolio.
Ideal Profile Job Profile Overview:
As an Assistant for YouTube Operations, you will be responsible for supporting various aspects of our YouTube channel's operations.
You will work closely with the YouTube Operations Manager and collaborate with different teams to ensure the smooth functioning and optimization of our YouTube content and channel.
This role will provide you with valuable experience in content management, analytics, and online media operations.
Job Role & Responsibilities:
Assist in the upload, scheduling, and organization of video content on our YouTube channels.
- Monitor video performance and engagement metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Coordinate with content creators, editors, and designers to ensure timely delivery of high-quality content.
- Help manage and respond to audience comments, ensuring a positive and engaging user experience.
- Perform keyword research and optimize video titles, descriptions, and tags to improve discoverability.
- Stay updated with YouTube's policies, algorithm changes, and best practices to ensure compliance and maximize channel growth.
- Support the development and execution of audience engagement strategies, including community posts, polls, and live chats.
- Assist in the coordination of collaborations and partnerships with other YouTube creators.
- Contribute to the creation of performance reports and presentations to share insights with the team.
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Music Business, or related field (preferred).
- Relevant experience, preferably within the music industry.
- Good knowledge about YouTube channel management, Fingerprinting, YouTube Claiming, Strikes Issues and Google Ad campaigns.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze metrics and make informed decisions.
- Familiarity with music copyright and licensing is a plus.
