Are you a B2B marketer who's passionate about the world of tech & FinTech? Are you looking for an opportunity to take ownership of international demand generation & Go-to-Market campaigns?
About Delta-vDelta-v works with international FinTechs, supporting their ability to drive sales and accelerate their growth. We do this by setting up and running outbound demand campaigns for them, and providing them with the SDR teams that execute these campaigns. We're based in Claremont, Cape Town, and have an environment where we're focused on achievement, constant learning, autonomy, transparency, and building a great team that works hard and has fun together.
The RoleThis is a brand new role in our business. It's an opportunity to take end-to-end responsibility for the outbound Go-to-Market campaigns that we run for our customers. You'll get to work directly with the C-level sales and marketing leadership of high growth FinTechs, develop campaign strategy, create campaign assets, and optimize campaign execution. This includes:
- Managing end to end campaign setup process
- Facilitating workshops with stakeholders
- Creating campaign assets including:
- Strategy
- Target Audience (ICPs & Personas)
- Messaging
- Reviewing & optimizing campaign strategy and performance
You'll get to develop a deep understanding of the international FinTech landscape, learn Delta-v's methodology for setting up and running high performing demand gen campaigns, and work closely with FinTech marketing leaders at multiple high growth companies.
Requirements- University degree in English, Linguistics, Marketing or another relevant subject
- 5+ years marketing work experience
- 2+ years B2B marketing experience - experience setting up and managing Go-to-Market / lead generation / demand generation campaigns
- Copy writing - Experience writing conversion focused copy (e.g. email, paid ads, social posts)
- Stakeholder management - experience taking briefs, managing workshops, and building relationships with customers
- Happy to work in-office in Claremont, Cape Town
- Macbook
