Purpose of Role

This is a generalist marketing role focused on executing and coordinating marketing campaigns, supporting sales outreach, and managing marketing operations.

The role requires hands-on experience in B2B marketing, particularly in account-based marketing (ABM), digital advertising, and sales enablement.

The ideal candidate will be process-driven, organised, and comfortable working across multiple marketing channels and tools.

Duties and Responsibilities
  1. Implement and track LinkedIn Ads and Zopto LinkedIn outreach.
  2. Implement and maintain HubSpot (ABM) Beauhurst sector & signal sequences to target key prospects.
  3. Coordinate with the HubSpot team in India for CRM management and lead tracking.
  4. Optimise outreach messaging in collaboration with BDRs through A / B testing and engagement analysis.
  5. Support logistics for upcoming webinars and oversee vendor coordination.
  6. Maintain and refine sales collateral to support BDRs.
  7. Repurpose content for LinkedIn, email outreach, and sales materials.
  8. Monitor LinkedIn engagement and flag warm leads for follow-up.
Marketing Operations, Admin, Coordination & Reporting
  1. Track campaign performance and compile daily, weekly & monthly reports.
  2. Contribute to CRM data accuracy and lead intelligence sharing.
  3. Own marketing administration, including maintaining internal trackers, organising marketing assets, coordinating marketing activities and liaising / managing communication with external suppliers.
Skills / Experience
  1. 5 - 8 years of total marketing experience.
  2. 3 - 5 years of B2B marketing experience, ideally in a professional services business.
  3. Strong Account-Based Marketing (ABM) experience to support targeted outreach.
  4. Hands-on experience with HubSpot, LinkedIn Ads, Zopto (or similar), Apollo, Cognism (or similar firmographic / data enrichment tools).
  5. Strong coordination and organisational skills, with experience managing multiple stakeholders.
  6. Proficiency in tracking and reporting marketing performance.
  7. Detail-oriented and process-driven.
