Summary

This sales position is responsible for driving revenue and maintaining BitCo's credibility as a leader in the ICT/ISP sector. The Enterprise Sales Representative will act as a thought leader within the sales organisation and directly influence existing customers and prospects to benefit from BitCo's solutions. The role focuses on selling to new customers across multiple industries.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Identify business opportunities by evaluating prospects, researching and analysing sales options.
  • Sell products by establishing contact, developing relationships with prospects, and recommending solutions.
  • Maintain relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; and suggesting profit and service improvements.
  • Identify product improvements or new products by staying current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
  • Prepare reports by collecting, analysing, and summarising information.
  • Maintain quality service by establishing and enforcing organisation standards.
  • Stay up-to-date on professional and technical knowledge by attending workshops, reviewing publications, establishing networks, benchmarking practises, and participating in professional societies.
  • Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing related results as needed.
  • Achieve agreed set target.
  • Source new business and generate own leads.
  • Attend 10 business meetings a week.
  • Capture own leads onto Pipedrive.
Qualifications and Experience

Hard Skills Required

  • 5-7 years of experience in sales in a solution selling industry such as Telecommunication or ICT.

  • Intermediate MS Excel.
