Approximately 2 years HR experience Strong computer literacy (SAP experience advantageous but not essential) Excellent resilience and emotional maturity Meticulous attention to detail Ability to work effectively in a culturally diverse environment Strong ability to perform well under pressure Appreciation for a start‑up and growing organisational environment Pleasant personality with strong interpersonal skills Recruitment & Onboarding Source and shortlist candidates for vacant positions Update hiring statuses on the recruitment tracking system (SAP) Coordinate employee onboarding and induction processes Coordinate Digital Recruitment Days Learning & Development Assist with the compilation of the Work Skills Plan (WSP) and Annual Training Report (ATR) Assist in Employment Equity Committee activities HR Operations Serve as Junior PBP for interns and smaller departments Coordinate employee benefit activities (pension fund, medical aid) Support employee wellness initiatives (ICAS) Provide general HR support to employees Administration & Systems Process invoices on SAP Load new vendors on the WeBuy system Coordinate P&O teambuilding activities Perform any other reasonable duties as required by management Interested candidates are encouraged to submit their CVs via LinkedIn Easy Apply or email applications to (insert HR ) .
