Personal Assistant to Director and Founder

The ideal candidate must be a fast learner, have great communication skills, ability to multitask, expert in using Microsoft 365 Applications, marketing, economics, financial and accounting knowledge. Strong organisational skills, exceptional computer skills, you will have to be 100 steps
ahead of the director, work extremely fast without any supervision and errors.
Requirements:

4. Tech savvy, knowledge of the latest technology
5. Proficient in Microsoft 365 Apps

Qualifications:
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred
Detail-oriented and proactive approach to work
Ability to work well under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively
Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities and responsibilities
Salary: Between R15 000 - R30 000
