Personal Assistant to The Director

**Position Overview**:
As the Personal Assistant to the Director, you will play a vital role in providing comprehensive administrative support, managing schedules, and ensuring efficient communication both internally and externally.
This position offers an exciting opportunity to work closely with senior leadership and contribute to the success and growth of the company.
**Key Responsibilities**:
Act as a liaison between the Director and the different departments, maintaining professional relationships and ensuring timely responses.
Assist in project coordination, tracking progress, and ensuring deadlines are met.
Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
Perform general administrative tasks to support the smooth operation of the Director's office.
**Qualifications**:
Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or similar role.
Must have a background in accounting or finance.
Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally at all levels.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software.
High level of discretion and confidentiality.
Ability to work independently and proactively, anticipating the needs of the Director.
Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Cape Town, Western Cape: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
**Education**:
- High School (matric) (required)
**Experience**:
- accounting or finance: 1 year (required)
