**Job Overview**:
As the Founder’s Associate, you will work closely with the founders to support high-impact initiatives across partnerships, communications, and business development. You will also assist in preparing investor presentations, conducting pre-meeting research, and driving partner outreach. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys taking ownership of critical projects while working directly with leadership. You will also help Goodwall's founders get featured in prominent media outlets such as TIME, TechCrunch, FastCompany, and the World Economic Forum.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- ** Partnerships & Business Development**:

- Lead partner outreach and support business development efforts.
- Prepare materials for high-level meetings, presentations, and investor relations.
- Conduct research for investors and prospective partners.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
- ** Communications**:

- Draft content for thought leadership articles, LinkedIn posts, and media features.
- Manage external communications and PR strategies, including social media.
- Develop a content calendar to guide communication efforts.
- Work with the founders to secure media coverage in top outlets like TIME, TechCrunch, and FastCompany.
- ** Event & Presentation Preparation**:

- Assist in creating impactful presentations for events and partnership pitches.
- Coordinate logistics for important meetings and speaking engagements.
- Support in preparing investor presentations and updates.
- ** Shareholder & Board Relations**:

- Assist in drafting reports, letters, and updates for board and shareholder engagement.
- Prepare materials for board meetings and communications.

**Your Profile**:

- Strong analytical and organizational skills, able to manage multiple tasks.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently with attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
- Background in startups, consulting, or similar fields.
- Design skills (creating mockups, wireframes) are a plus.
- Passion for talent development and building communities.
