We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant to support our Founder in various administrative and social media tasks.

As the Personal Assistant to the Founder, you will play a crucial role in managing day-to-day office operations and supporting the Founder in all aspects of the business. This position requires a dynamic individual who is not only efficient in general administration tasks but also possesses the creativity and skills to manage our social media presence.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Founder, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and handling correspondence.
- Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other business documents.
- Manage social media accounts, create engaging posts, and monitor online presence.
- Oversee online bookkeeping services, ensuring accuracy in financial records and transactions.
- Utilize Microsoft 365 programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) to manage office documents and communications.
- Coordinate with other team members to ensure smooth operations across the organization.

**Qualifications**:

- A minimum of 2 years of working experience in a similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Experience with online bookkeeping platforms.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Creativity and experience in managing social media platforms.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: R7 500,00 - R15 000,00 per month
