Admin Assistant

Minimum requirements for the role:
- Minimum matric is essential for this role.
- At least 3 years working experience.
- Previous experience working with financials will be an advantage.
- Previous experience having worked as an Admin Assistant
- Computer literacy with knowledge of Microsoft Office is essential.
- Must have excellent organisational, interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills as well as good presentation skills.
- Must have exceptional attention to detail.
- Must have the ability to function effectively in a fastpaced, complex environment. Must be able to exercise thoughtful and independent judgement and discretion while maintaining direct and diplomatic approach.
- Proven commitment in maintaining the highest ethical and professional standards.
- Must be able to read and analyse financial reports.
- Providing administrative support and assistance to the Network Director
- Ensuring follow up of various responsibilities and expectations of the Network Director
- Ensuring project support is timely, accurate and responsive to the needs of the team.
- Preparing regular reports against project progress in agreed format and content.
- Supporting the Network Director on the day to day activities and various other projects.
- Writing of briefing notes and other written materials
- Acting as the Network Director's administrative liaison.
- Any other ADHOC requirements
Experience:
- Administrative office procedures, practices and equipment: 1 year (preferred)
