As a Admin Intern at Regenize, you will work closely with our finance team to support various financial operations and initiatives aimed at advancing our mission of zero waste.

Key Responsibilities:

- **General Administrative Support**: Assist with day-to-day administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, copying, scanning, and organizing documents.
- **Document Management**: Maintain and update physical and digital filing systems to ensure easy access to important documents and information.
- **Scheduling and Coordination**: Assist in scheduling meetings, appointments, and events. Coordinate logistics such as booking venues, arranging catering, and sending out invitations.
- **Meeting Support**: Attend meetings, take minutes, and prepare summaries or reports as required. Distribute meeting materials and follow up on action items as needed.
- **Research and Data Collection**: Conduct research on various topics as assigned. Gather data, compile information, and prepare reports or presentations to support decision-making processes.
- **Collaboration and Teamwork**: Work closely with team members from different departments to support their administrative needs and contribute to the overall success of the organization.
- **Special Projects**: Assist with special projects, initiatives, or events as assigned by supervisors or managers. Take ownership of tasks and ensure they are completed accurately and on time.

Qualifications:

- Recent graduate or current student in a relevant field such as Business Administration, Environmental Studies, Sustainability, or a related discipline.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Microsoft 365 Workspace.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Passion for sustainability, environmental conservation, and social impact.
- Previous administrative or office experience is a plus but not required.
