**Main Purpose of the Position**:

**Recruitment and Selection**:

- Vacancies filled within a reasonable time frame
- All recruitment checks in place

**Administration**:

- All wage and salary payroll information submitted on time as per the communicated deadline
- All salary employees paid accurately and on time based off the information handed to Payroll for processing
- All monthly casuals paid on time

**General HR/IR Assistance**:

- Arranging of counselling sessions for any employees who have home dwelling issues
- Arranging of counselling session for any employees who have alcohol abuse issues
- Arranging of counselling session for any employees who have drug addiction issues
- Arranging for the distribution of death benefit refreshments
- Conflict resolution
- Human Resources assistance
- Industrial Relations assistance

**OHS Regulations**:

- Health & Safety compliance management:

- Workman’s compensation management

**Admin**:

- Maintenance of current suppliers ensuring payments are made on time
- Maintenance and assistance of new suppliers ensuring payments are made on time

**Education, Experience, and competencies required**:

- Diploma in Human Resources
- 3 years experience in a HR Systems environment
- 2 years experience as a HR Officer
- SAGE 300 experience a pre-requisite
- Exceptional ME Excel knowledge
- ESS software proficiency

**Attributes required**:

- Excellent communication (verbal and written) skills
- Good people skills
- Exceptional administration skills

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Epping, Western Cape: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
