JOB PURPOSE
Manage the CEO calendar, including scheduling meetings, conference calls and travel arrangements.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Draft, review and send communications on behalf of the company executive.
  • Transcribe or take minutes.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.
  • Manage projects, including researching and gathering information.
  • Organize and prepare for meetings, including gathering documents, organizing venues, and attending to all logistics of meetings.
  • Answer and respond to phone calls, communicate messages and information to the executive team.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements.
  • Maintain various records and documents for company executives.
  • Source office suppliers.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

  • 5+ years of experience as an EA to a CEO, Managing Director, or any other senior executive.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Expertise in Microsoft Office Suite

Salary:
R1.00 - R2.00 per month
