Key Responsibilities:

Administrative Support:

  • Manage and organize the CEO's calendar, including scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
  • Maintain confidentiality of all corporate and personal matters.

Communication Management:

  • Act as the point of contact between the CEO and employees, clients, and other external partners.
  • Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner.

Meeting and Event Coordination:

  • Organize and prepare for meetings, including gathering documents and attending to logistics.
  • Take minutes during meetings and follow up on action items.

Travel Management:

  • Plan and arrange business trips, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries.
  • Ensure that all travelrelated needs are met and are within company policy.

Project Management:

  • Assist in project management and participate in project teams as required.
  • Coordinate and oversee special projects, ensuring deadlines are met.

Personal Tasks:

  • Handle personal tasks for the CEO as needed, which may include personal appointments, familyrelated activities, or household management.

Requirements:

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or similar executive administrative role.

Skills:

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite) and experience with scheduling tools.

Personal Attributes:

  • High level of professionalism and confidentiality.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to manage changing work requirements.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders.

Other:

  • Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload.
  • Discretion with personal and confidential information.
  • Willingness to work outside of standard office hours when necessary.

Salary:
R15,000.00 per month
