COMPANY DESCRIPTION:Our client operates within the printing and packaging industry and they are looking for a Payroll and HR Administrator to join their team as soon as possible.


JOB DESCRIPTION:

MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Capture hours on a weekly basis for weekly paid employees
  • Make sure all overtime is approved
  • Capture hours for monthly paid employees
  • General HR Admin duties given by HR Manager
  • Deal with employees daily
  • Prepare third party payments for finance to pay over monthly
  • Send through recons for all third parties
  • General office duties
  • Liaise with Foreman and Supervisors
  • Organize all paperwork for new employees
  • Organize all paperwork for terminations
  • Keep an ongoing record of all annual leave, sick leave and family responsibility leave

EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:

  • Matric
  • HR and/or Payroll Diploma (Added advantage)

EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS REQUIRED:

  • At least 10 years' experience in HR/Payroll
  • Kronos and PRP systems experience (added advantage)
  • Have a sound knowledge of BCEA and EEA
